VLTRN Billing Services Agreement

This Billing Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into and made effective as of July 23, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), by and between VLTRN AGENCY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, with its principal place of business located at 1968 SOUTH COAST HIGHWAY, LAGUNA BEACH, California 92651 (the "Service Provider"), and [Client's Full Legal Name], a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of [Client's State], with its principal place of business located at [Client's Address] (the "Client").

WHEREAS, the Service Provider possesses a high degree of expertise in providing billing services and is engaged in the business of providing such services; and

WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage the Service Provider to provide the services described herein, and the Service Provider is willing to accept such engagement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Services: Commencing on the Effective Date, the Service Provider shall provide the Client with the following billing services (the "Services"):

o An administrative fee is applicable upon entry.

o Bi-monthly business grants available to all clients.

o Eligibility for the business grant requires a minimum participation in the program for a period of three months (see rules).

o Provision of the "Kevlar Auto Monthly Revenue Generator" (tm) package (see rules).

o Establishment of a trust and provision of business advisory services.

o Business funding opportunities up to $150,000+ (see rules).

o Upon completion of the project and once the business reaches profitability, any outstanding debt will be cancelled, with an additional 10% profitable reported revenue (see rules).

2. Performance of Services: The Service Provider shall determine the manner in which the Services are to be performed and the specific hours to be worked, provided that the Service Provider shall work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

3. Compensation: In consideration of the Services to be performed by the Service Provider, the Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider as follows: The Service Provider's fees for the Services specified above, and for any additional services, will be charged according to selected plan. Any additional services not specified above, will be charged to Client on an hourly rate basis at the Service Provider's standard hourly rate.

4. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until total completion of payment in full or forgiveness.

5. Confidentiality: The Service Provider agrees to keep confidential all non-public information concerning the Client's business and affairs, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

   
   

   IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
